Yes. Monthly subscriptions (Starter and Growth) have a 3-month commitment from the start date. This gives us time to research your brand, deliver the first batches and iterate on data. After the 3 months, it runs month-to-month and you can cancel with 7 business days' notice before the 1st of the next month. If you choose a Single Batch, there is no commitment.
